Refunds & Returns Policy (Brand: Rorrim)
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase, however we do understand that sometimes unexpected situations occur. We are here to help!
1. If you receive a faulty/damaged item:
Please ensure all damages are reported within 7 days of delivery to email@example.com with images. All damaged mirrors are collected for free via our courier at the same time as the new mirror is delivered.
2. If an item is 'unwanted' after delivery:
For ‘unwanted returns’ a £20 plus VAT fee will be incurred and all ‘unwanted’ returns must be from the original delivery address and in the original packaging. The customer is unable to send the mirror back via any other method.
